Middle Island Retreat

Start making memories with family and friends in this beautiful location on the north end of Middle Island. Two bedrooms and a loft can accommodate a crowd. A grandfathered conditional use permit allows short term rental for up to six guests. This lovely cabin is equipped with a dock, ramp, and boardwalk with decks to take in ocean and mountain vistas. Self-sufficient, the systems include solar panels, a generator and battery bank, a water catchment system, a septic tank, hot water on demand, a toyo stove, and a wood stove.
