Davis Realty was founded by long time Sitka resident Nancy Blatchley Davis, who retired in early 2020 after over 20 years in real estate.  Kerri O’Toole became the Owner/Broker of Davis Realty in 2017, carrying on the same level of commitment and service.

Kerri O’Toole has called Sitka home since 2002. Originally from Western Montana, she has her Business Degree through the University of Montana with a specialty in Marketing.   She began her work with Davis Realty in 2007 as a Marketing Associate and in January 2015, got her Real Estate License and went straight to work representing Buyers and Sellers.

Previously, Kerri owned and operated her own marketing and design business, Tidal Creative, which she started in 2009.  Over the years she has assisted many established local companies and new start-ups with branding, web development, graphic design and more.

Kerri likes to travel and enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and fishing with her husband and two sons.  She enjoys spending time in the garden and on DIY projects in her own home.

Katherine Gluth joined Davis Realty early 2020. It was immediately evident that her positivity and helpful nature would be a great fit. Now a licensed agent, she is ready to lend a hand to buyers and sellers as they pursue their next steps. A life long Sitkan, she has an abundance of local knowledge to share. Katherine is an active member of the community. You’ve likely seen her out on the trail, volunteering, and spending time with her three children and large extended family.
